Hi, I’m Chevy Laurent, a wellness educator, content creator, fitness professional, and creator of the Lifestyle Architect™ Method, a philosophy built on one simple belief:
You don’t create a new life by wishing for it harder. You create it through the daily rituals, decisions, and actions that align you with the person you’re becoming.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped women build stronger bodies, greater confidence, healthier habits, and more intentional lives through movement, mindset, and personal growth. My background includes certifications as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC), Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP), Certified Barre Instructor, Certified Boxing Instructor, and Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands and communities including Tone It Up, iFIT, Aviator Nation, Hot 8 Yoga, SoulCycle, founding RydeFYR, Namastrong™ and more. These experiences have allowed me to combine my passion for fitness, wellness, education, and personal development in a way that helps people create meaningful, lasting change.
Today, my work extends beyond fitness alone. Through content, coaching, courses, speaking, and strategic brand partnerships, I help people become more intentional about how they live, move, think, and show up in the world. I believe that by intentionally shaping your habits, mindset, environment, and daily rituals, you can create meaningful change in every area of your life—from health and confidence to leadership, relationships, fulfillment, and purpose. Because while goals matter, the rituals that support them matter even more.
